Quality and service is always job #1 at Strickland's. In an effort to increase customer satisfaction thru better quality and service, Strickland's is forming an advisory council who will meet periodically on Saturday mornings thru out the year to discuss Strickland's and how to improve the Strickland's customer experience. We're interested in your opinion and ideas about Strickland’s and how to improve quality and service in our stores. The council will be expected to perform store visits and be able to view our webpage.
We'd like to hear about:
- Your over all experience to a store visit
- Your expectations in service and qulity
- How we can do a better job of serving you
- How can we improve our product line to serve you
- Your ideas on coupons and special events
- Your ice cream needs and products reviews
- Your website visit.
The Council will be comprised of members who will serve for one year beginning January 2008, who would visit stores and provide information as it relates to their experience in the store. All Strickland’s fans over 18 are encouraged to apply by filling out the application below
Strickland’s Advisory Council members will be recognized on our webpage and receive a commemorative plaque for their service. In addition, prior to each visit you will be given a $10.00 Strickland's gift card to enjoy any treat in the store and have a little extra for a second "personal" visit.
